- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz. each)
- Broccoli florets, 4 to 6 cups
- SAUCE WITH GARLIC BUTTER
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- melted 6 tablespoons unsalted butter

For this recipe, I recommend using high-quality salmon. Stop using 'pink salmon,' since it is very watery and can lose a lot of water during the baking process, resulting in a moist and flaky egg.
Wrap the salmon in foil and grill it for almost the same period of time at 375o-400oF, give or take a minute or two. Enable the salmon to 'broil' in the same manner as it does in the oven by opening the foil and allowing it to dry out for 1-2 minutes.
